Grant giving programmes

Cripplegate Foundation currently administers six funds for Islington. This includes grants for organisations and residents.

The Foundation’s grant making is informed by:

  • a knowledge of available funding streams
  • its links with other funders and organisations
  • its knowledge of Islington.

This can mean directing organisations to more appropriate funding or providing match funding. The Foundation ensures it is not replacing or duplicating statutory funding. Our grant making aims to help organisations meet their aims.
