Main grants programme
The Parent House
Our team of grants officers are experienced in the voluntary sector. They provide advice on alternative or additional sources of funding, on premises and management and links to other organisations.
We can only fund organisations which work in Islington. Governors consider all applications which benefit local residents.
Current priorities
Three themes capture the Foundation’s priorities:
- Reducing poverty and addressing inequality
Applications that work with the poorest sections of the community to help to reduce poverty. - Increasing access to opportunities and making connections
We aim to increase access to opportunities for the most deprived residents. It includes access to cultural and arts facilities as well as education and employment. - Social cohesion
Applications are encouraged which promote integration of communities and active participation in society.
All applicants must show how their work will address at least one of these themes.
