The Foundation's application pack includes the following documents:

Applications should be completed and sent to the Foundation.

E-mail copies will be accepted, subject to receipt of a signed covering letter acknowledging
submission of the application, bank details and a full set of accounts.

It is best to contact Kristina Glenn or Geraldine Rees by telephone, email or in writing before you submit an application.
